Yönetmen: Michael Apted

Konu özeti
Bu güzel drama, antropolog Dian Fossey'nin gerçek hikayesine dayandırılarak filmleştirilmiştir.Fossey şans eseri Afrika'nın derinliklerinde nadir bulunan dağ gorilleri üzerine çalışmaya başlamıştır ve onlarla ilişki kurmayı öğrenmektedir. Ama artık akademik ilgisinin ötesinde gorillerle ilgi duymakta ve hayatını tehlikeye atma pahasına hayvan tüccarlarına ve yasak avcılık yapanlara karşı mücadele etmektedir.
