Konu özeti
Polis müfettişi Ramon Mike Vargas ile Susan Vargas, henüz evlenmiş ve balayı için Meksika sınırında bir kasabayı seçmiş, kendi halinde bir çifttir. Karısıyla huzurlu bir kaç gün geçirmek isteyen genç müfettiş, kasabaya adımını atar atmaz bir bomba patlar ve Vargas, kendini olayın içinde bulur. Arabaya yerleştirilmiş bir bombanın patlamasıyla şok geçiren kasaba sakinleri ve tabii ki Vargas, olayın içinde bölge polislerinden Hank Quinlan'ın parmağı olduğundan bihaber suçluyu aramaya koyulurlar.
