Hitler ve yakın arkadaşları kendilerini sığınaklarda güvene almışlardır. Aralarında Führer'in özel sekreteri Traudi Junge de vardır. Berlin artık düşmüş bir kaledir fakat Hitler, şehirden çıkmayı ve teslim olmayı kabul etmemektedir. Halkının tüm fertleri dışarıda yok edilirken o, son yolculuğuna hazırlanmaktadır. Birlikte intihar etmeden birkaç saat önce Eva Braun ile evlenirler. Cesetleri düşman eline geçmemesi için yakılır.
