Konu özeti
Trafik tıkanmış. Terör şehri donatmış. Dükkanlarda ve restoranlarda müşterilere saygı kalmamış. Büyük şehirde hayat, herkesi çileden çıkarabilir. Fakat Bill Foster çileden çıkmıştan da öte. Sıcak bir yaz gününde, tıkanmış bir trafikte, fırın gibi sıcak arabasında evine gitmeye çalışan sıradan bir adam, arabasını trafiğin ortasında bırakıp, kentin içine dalarak vahşet saçmaya başlar.
